Annie Mac’s Yummy Lunch

1/4 lime juice
1/8 white wine vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
heaping handful of fresh cilantro leaves
clove of garlic
pinch of sugar/honey to taste

Can of Trader Joes Black beans, drained. add clove of pressed garlic, ground cumin, S&P, and Cholula sauce to taste. heat to luke warm on stove top Serve atop greens, dress. When you can eat dairy again, I put a dollop of Sour Cream and grate pepper jack cheese on top.

Sauceless Barbecue

Sounds pretty dang tasty to this here omnivore!!! Beans and citrus….can’t lose.

Ooh – I made the blog! I forgot to be thorough on my recipe, though. I make the dressing in the food processor, otherwise you have to spend way too much time chopping the garlic and cilantro small enough for salad dressing 🙂
